Dr. Mary Meduna-Gross practiced leadership as a teacher and school administrator for 18 years. She left her career in education to focus on becoming the leader she envisioned herself to be. As she became more skilled at leading herself, she began coaching leadership teams and individuals to achieve goals they thought were unattainable.
She believes that through commitment to a common goal and with effective communication and collaboration, the skills and effort of individual team members are compounded so that collectively, they find the work more satisfying, and they achieve more with less effort.
