When do we collect information?
- Communications with Us and Use of Our Websites and Applications
- We may collect personal information from you such as email address, when you choose to request information about our Service, register for Lucidly’s newsletter or a program that we may offer from time to time, request to receive customer or technical support, provide us feedback on our Service, or otherwise communicate with us.
- We may also collect any information you provide as part of your use of our Services or information that is the result of any reporting, analysis, or any other related information that results from your use of any of our Services.
- Registration for our Service
- We collect additional information from you such as name, email address, mailing address, and demographic information when you register for our Service, place an order or submit information via our Service.
- If you submit payment information as part of your use of our Service, we use a third party credit card payment processing company to collect payment information, including your name, credit card number, billing address, and phone number. In such circumstances, the third party service provider, and not Lucidly, stores your payment information on our behalf.
- Automatic Data Collection
- We may collect certain information automatically through our Service or other methods of web analysis, such as your Internet protocol (IP) address, cookie identifiers, mobile carrier, mobile advertising identifiers, MAC address, IMEI, Advertiser ID, Game Center ID, and other device identifiers that are automatically assigned to your computer or device when you access the Internet, browser type and language, geolocation information, hardware type, operating system, Internet service provider, pages that you visit before and after using the Service, the date and time of your visit, the amount of time you spend on each page, information about the links you click and pages you view within the Service, and other actions taken through use of the Service such as preferences.
How do we use your information?

Do we share with third parties?

By using their subscription code to access and take the assessments, you consent to us sharing the results of the assessment(s) to the third party who has been assigned that subscription code. The assessment results include, but are not limited to, the assessment scores, any related read outs provided live or through a recording, any reporting, any analysis of the assessment and how it may relate to assessment takers, or any other information related to the assessment and its results.
- For all other non-assessment data and information, we may also provide aggregated and non-personally identifiable information and reporting to employers or sponsors (including potential sponsors), consultants of sponsors, and/or any third parties that provide you access to our Services through their assigned subscription code(s) or that otherwise facilitate your use of our Services.
How do we protect your information?
- Our websites and applications are scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our sites as safe as possible.
- We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order, enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
- All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
Do we use ‘cookies’?
- Understand and save user’s preferences for future visits.
- Compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interactions in order to offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may also use trusted third-party services that track this information on our behalf. How does our site handle Do Not Track signals?
- We honor Do Not Track signals and Do Not Track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.
COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
- When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.

Fair Information Practices
- The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information.

CAN SPAM Act
- The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.
