The assessment results include, but are not limited to, the assessment scores, any related read outs provided live or through a recording, any reporting, any analysis of the assessment and how it may relate to assessment takers, or any other information related to the assessment and its results.
- For all other non-assessment data and information, we may also provide aggregated and non-personally identifiable information and reporting to employers or sponsors (including potential sponsors), consultants of sponsors, and/or any third parties that provide you access to our Services through their assigned subscription code(s) or that otherwise facilitate your use of our Services.
How do we protect your information?
- Our websites and applications are scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our sites as safe as possible.

California Online Privacy Protection Act
- CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. How does our site handle Do Not Track signals?
- We honor Do Not Track signals and Do Not Track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.
COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
